Most patients disagreed and strongly disagreed with all negative statements in the corruption perception survey. The highest mean score (5.46) was on the presence of illegal fees, and the lowest was the existence of discriminatory practices in the hospital (5.16). The Bali Mandara Eye Hospital corruption perception index is 5.31 (on a scale of 1-6) with a conversion value of 88.53 which means very good. The Corruption Perception Index shows that the public assesses that services at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital are clean from corrupt practices.
