INTEGRITY ZONE
Bureaucratic reform is one of the first steps to structuring a good, effective and efficient governance system, so that it can serve the community quickly, precisely and professionally. In order to accelerate the achievement of these target results, government agencies need to build the implementation of bureaucratic reform through efforts to build an Integrity Zone. By building an Integrity Zone consisting of 6 areas of change (leveraging components), namely change management, structuring management, structuring human resource management systems, strengthening performance accountability, strengthening supervision and strengthening the quality of public services; it is expected to realize a clean and KKN-free government and realize an increase in the quality of public services to the community (results component). Thus, a unit can be designated as an institution that is Towards a Free from Corruption Area (WBK)/Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM).
