Director

  • Directing the implementation of training in order to become a Leading Competency Development Center of Excellence in the Health Sector

Deputy Director of Support and Education

- Supervision of Institution Leaders' Implementation of Organizing Training

Education and Research Team Leader

  • Draft a training management budget and activity plan,
  • Prepare materials for training service delivery activities,
  • Prepare for the implementation of quality control, cost control in training services,

  • Prepare materials and plan resource needs in the form of infrastructure, personnel and other needs,
  • Prepare monitoring and evaluation documents for the implementation of training services,
  • Prepare materials for library management and development.
  • Prepare for the implementation of satisfaction survey activities.
  • Preparing documents for monitoring and evaluating the operation of eye care services including the implementation of eye hospital accreditation standards.
  • Prepare documents to monitor progress and provide feedback on the implementation of activities
  • Conduct routine, scheduled (quarterly, semester) and in-depth evaluations of all activities within the scope of their duties.

Training Controller

  • Monitor training preparation in the form of curriculum, participants, resource persons, schedule and training time.

Quality Control Officer

  • Setting up the training monitoring process

Facilities and Information Technology Provider

  • Draft activity plans and budgets for the management of information systems, training facilities and infrastructure.
  • Prepare materials and draft a plan for resource needs in the form of information systems, infrastructure, personnel and other needs.
  • Prepare training infrastructure activities including supporting technology, medical equipment and buildings.
  • Prepare for equipment testing
  • Prepare documents for monitoring progress and providing feedback on the implementation of activities
  • Conduct regular, scheduled (quarterly, semester) and in-depth evaluations of all activities within the scope of their duties, find out various problems and find solutions to problems.
  • Receive and review work results
  • Carry out other official duties assigned by superiors

Internal Quality Audit Team

  • manage the internal quality audit program on the adequacy and compliance of the implementation of SMM documents with the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach;
  • conduct self-assessment before the accreditation visitation by the assessor team; and
  • compile the Internal Quality Audit result report.

Quality Assurance Team

  • planning the implementation of quality assurance;
  • compile Quality Management System (QMS) documents by involving related fields/sections/units/installations consisting of Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), supporting documents (work instructions, regulations, standards, provisions), records (evidence of activity implementation);
  • submit the SMM document to the relevant field/section/unit/installation to be used as a reference in carrying out activities;
  • conduct self-assessment before being audited by the Internal Quality Audit Team;
  • following the Internal Quality Audit process;
  • reviewing the SMM documents implemented by all levels of the training provider institution;
  • upload SMM documents to SIAKSI (Institution Accreditation Information System);
  • followed the entire visitation process from the center.
  • follow up the recommendations of the minutes of the visitation results and re-upload the results of the improvement of the SMM documents through the Information System for accreditation assessment purposes; and
  • compile reports on the activities of the Quality Assurance Team.
