In accordance with the Second Amendment to Bali Governor Regulation Number 73 of 2022 concerning the Establishment, Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of Hospitals, the main duties and functions of Bali Mandara Eye Hospital are as follows:

TASK

1. Bali Mandara Eye Hospital has the main task of organizing eye health services with efforts to cure, recover, improve, prevent, referral services, organize education and, training, research and development and community service.
2. Bali Mandara Eye Hospital as a special organizational unit that provides professional services and organizes inpatient, outpatient and emergency services.

FUNCTION

1. formulation of technical policies in the field of eye health services;
2. organizing supporting services in the field of eye health services;
3. preparation of plans and programs, monitoring, evaluation and reporting in the field of eye health;
4. organization of medical services;
5. organizing medical and non-medical support services;
6. organization of nursing services;
7. organization of referral services;
8. organizing education and training in the field of eye health;
9. organizing research, development and community service in the field of eye health; and
10. organizing planning, financial management and accounting; and organizing administrative affairs, staffing, law, public relations, organization and management as well as equipment and general housekeeping.
