HISTORY OF BALI MANDARA EYE HOSPITAL
In 2002 based on Bali Province Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2002 which was passed on February 28, 2002, concerning the Establishment of the Organizational Structure and Work Procedures of Regional Apparatus including the institutionalization of the UPTD Leprosy Hospital with UPTD BKMM into a Special Service Agency for Bali Province Senses Hospital.
Based on Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007, concerning the Organization of Regional Apparatus and Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2008, dated 8 July 2008, concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of Regional Apparatus of Bali Province, the institutional status changed to Bali Province Sensory Hospital.
Based on the Decree of the Minister of Health No. 456/Menkes/SK/V/2008, dated May 9, 2008, Indera Hospital is a Class A Special Hospital. Based on the Decree of the Governor of Bali No. 1356/01-T/HK/2012 dated August 14, 2012 and starting January 1, 2013, Indera Hospital applies the Regional Public Service Agency Financial Management Pattern (PPK-BLUD) with full status.
Based on Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2015 the name of Bali Province Indera Hospital changed to Bali Mandara Eye Hospital of Bali Province. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Health Number: HK.02.03/I/1328/2015 dated May 15, 2015, Bali Mandara Eye Hospital of Bali Province holds a class as a class A Eye Specialty Hospital.
