Of the 398 samples who filled out the questionnaire, only 377 respondents provided information regarding where the respondents knew about Bali Mandara Eye Hospital. The survey results obtained are as follows

Most patients disagreed and strongly disagreed with all negative statements in the corruption perception survey. The highest mean score (5.35) was on the presence of illegal fees, and the lowest
was the presence of discriminatory practices in the hospital (4.99). The corruption perception index of Bali Mandara Eye Hospital is 5.12 (on a scale of 1-6) with a conversion value of 86.28 which means very good. The Corruption Perception Index shows that the public assesses that services at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital are clean from corrupt practices.
