The Corruption Perception Survey was conducted by CPHI Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University in August 2018 with 200 samples. The survey results obtained the following data:

More than 90% of patients agreed or strongly agreed with all statements in the corruption perception survey. The highest average score (5.07) was on the absence of illegal fees, and the lowest was on service officers not providing services outside the established procedures in exchange for money or goods (4.97). The Bali Mandara Eye Hospital corruption perception index is 5.02 (on a scale of 1-6) with a conversion value of 83.72 which means good. The Corruption Perception Index shows that the public assesses that services at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital are clean from corrupt practices.
