The Community Satisfaction Survey was conducted by CPHI Faculty of Medicine Udayana University in August 2018 with 200 samples. The survey results obtained the following data:

The results of the analysis of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) show that the service IKM at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital is 3.07, a conversion value of 76.70, classified as category B service quality, with good performance.
The service element that has the highest average satisfaction value is facilities and infrastructure while the lowest is the handling of complaints, suggestions, and patient input.
