Respondents in the community satisfaction survey for the third quarter of 2023 totaled 465 people consisting of patients and patient waiters at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.


Based on the results of data processing, it can be seen that:
- Service Time scored the lowest:
a. Turnaround time: 3.18
b. Handling complaints, suggestions and feedback: 3.22
c. Product specifications of service types: 3,25 - While the three service elements with the highest scores are:
a. Cost / tariff: 3.71
b. Implementer competence: 3.34
c. Requirements: 3,32

Based on the table above, it can be concluded that there was a decrease in the performance of public service delivery from 2022 to 2023 at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.
