As part of its commitment to improving public eye health, Bali Mandara Eye Hospital conducted PGPK (Prevention of Visual Impairment and Blindness) screening at the Bukian Health Center in Payangan on Thursday, February 26, 2026.

This activity aims to conduct early detection of various visual impairments that have the potential to cause a decline in quality of life and even blindness. Through direct examination by medical professionals, the community receives screening services, eye health education, and follow-up guidance if there are indications of impairments that require further treatment.

The PGPK program is a very important preventive measure, as many cases of vision impairment develop slowly without being noticed. With regular checkups and early treatment, the risk of complications can be minimized and vision quality can be maintained.

Thank you to everyone who participated in and supported this activity. Let's work together to maintain eye health, because good vision is a long-term investment for a better quality of life.
