Badung, September 27, 2025 - Bali Mandara Eye Hospital participated in the Eye Checking and Free Glasses Distribution activities organized in the framework of the Bali Planting Tuwuh Collaboration with Sekaa Teruna Semara Dahana, located in the Field and Wantilan Pura Dalem Desa Adat Nungnung, Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency.
This activity is a tangible form of Bali Mandara Eye Hospital's concern for improving the degree of public eye health, especially in rural areas. In this activity, the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital medical team provided free eye examination services to the community, as well as the distribution of free reading glasses for residents in need.
In addition to the examination and distribution of glasses, the team also provided eye health education, including how to maintain eye hygiene, the importance of regular check-ups, and early prevention of vision disorders such as cataracts, glaucoma, and refractive errors.
This collaborative activity received a warm welcome from the Pelaga Village community. The enthusiasm of the residents can be seen from the number of participants who attended to have their eye health checked. Through activities like this, Bali Mandara Eye Hospital hopes to continue to bring eye health services closer to the community while strengthening synergies with various local communities and youth organizations in Bali.
