Denpasar – In an effort to raise public awareness about the importance of eye health, the Bali Provincial BKPSDM is collaborating with Bali Mandara Eye Hospital to hold an educational event on eye health services for employees and the community within the BKPSDM vicinity.
This educational session featured a team of medical professionals from Bali Mandara Eye Hospital who provided education on the importance of early detection of vision disorders, healthy lifestyle habits to maintain eye health, and information on the hospital’s flagship services.
During the event, participants also received an overview of the various specialized eye care services offered by Bali Mandara Eye Hospital, ranging from routine eye exams, cataract surgery, and retina and glaucoma care to vision rehabilitation services. The hospital is a specialized eye care facility owned by the Bali Provincial Government and is located at Jalan Angsoka No. 8 in Denpasar.
The BKPSDM welcomed this educational session, as it was seen as a way to raise employees’ awareness of the importance of maintaining eye health amid work activities that heavily rely on digital devices. In addition to the educational session, participants were also given the opportunity to have brief consultations regarding their eye health concerns.
Through this initiative, it is hoped that the public and government officials will gain a better understanding of the importance of regular eye exams to prevent vision problems at an early stage. Bali Mandara Eye Hospital remains committed to providing professional, modern, and easily accessible eye care services to the people of Bali.
