Closing of Perioperative Phacoemulsification Training — December 5, 2025
Perioperative Phacoemulsification Training for nurses officially closed after running from October 15 to December 5, 2025, through two stages:
🔹 Online (October 15–17)
🔹 Offline at RSMBM (October 20–December 5)
During the training, participants received materials on:
✨ Perioperative phacoemulsification workflow
✨ Sterility & operating room safety
✨ Pre- and post-surgical patient management
✨ Surgical team communication & risk management
With the completion of this program, nurses are expected to be able to apply their new competencies to support safer, faster, and higher-quality cataract surgery services at RSMBM.
