Karangasem, Bali – Karangasem Community Health Center 1 held a free eye screening event for the public as part of its preventive and promotive health services. The event took place on April 15, 2026, and was warmly received by local residents.

This program aims to raise public awareness of the importance of maintaining eye health and detecting vision problems early, such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and other potential eye conditions.

During the event, medical staff conducted a series of examinations, ranging from vision tests to eye health consultations. Residents who required further treatment were also referred to specialized healthcare facilities.

It is hoped that this initiative will continue on a regular basis so that more people can benefit from it, and to promote a better quality of life through improved eye health.
