Time required to fulfill each Public Information Request

The completion process for fulfilling a request for public information is carried out after the requestor has met the specified requirements;

  1. The completion time is no later than 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the request (in accordance with Information Commission Regulation No. 1/2010 on Public Information Service Standards, Article 26, paragraph 7). The Information Documentation and Management Officer (PPID) will submit a notification stating whether or not the requested information is under its control.
  2. If the Information Documentation and Management Officer (PPID) has not mastered or documented the requested Public Information, then the PPID can extend the time no later than 7 (seven) working days from the written notification period (in accordance with Information Commission Regulation Number 1 of 2010 concerning Public Information Service Standards, Article 26, paragraph 10), PPID can extend the time no later than 7 (seven) working days;
  3. Submission/distribution/delivery of public information to requesters can be done directly, via email, fax, or postal services.

Number of Public Information Requests granted in part or in full and Public Information Requests rejected

3277 information requests submitted online through the Information Documentation and Management (PPID) information service on the Website, Whatsapp, Email, and Social Media have been fulfilled.

For 2401 requests for information submitted offline in 2023 by letter or in person, they have been followed up/fulfilled.

REASONS FOR REFUSING A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

  • To date, there have been no requests for information rejected by the Information Desk Officer at the Main PPID of the Karangasem Regency Government.
