In the RB XPerience activity, Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB Minister) Abdullah Azwar Anas visited Bali Mandara Eye Hospital, Bali Province, which is a Regional Apparatus that has received the "ZI WBK and WBBM" award and as the only public service unit to achieve the Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) in the Bali Provincial Government.

This visit is to ensure that the bureaucratic work that Bali Mandara Eye Hospital does has an impact on the community in accordance with the predicate that has been achieved, namely WBBM.

MenPAN RB himself said that achieving this predicate requires effort that is not easy, very difficult and there are surveys that are carried out in stages until finally the predicate can be given to an agency. "Hopefully this can be an example by hospitals or other agencies," he said. In addition, Abdullah Azwar Anar congratulated Bali Mandara Eye Hospital and hopefully it can be maintained.

During his visit, MenPAN RB Azwar Anas directly tried a number of services provided by Bali Mandara Eye Hospital, one of which was the independent registration system (KIOSK). This system provides speed of service and convenience for patients to register at the KIOSK machine by scanning the treatment card and choosing the doctor to be visited so that patients do not need to queue at the registration counter.
