The survey was conducted by CPHI Faculty of Medicine Udayana University in September 2019 with 200 samples. The survey results obtained the following data:

Most patients disagreed and strongly disagreed with all negative statements in the corruption perception survey. The highest mean score (5.1) was for the presence of illegal fees, and the lowest was for officers providing services outside the procedure, indicating fraud (5.03). The Bali Mandara Eye Hospital corruption perception index is 5.07 (on a scale of 1-6) with a conversion value of 84.53 which means good. The Corruption Perception Index shows that the public assesses that services at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital are clean from corrupt practices.
