Respondents in the community satisfaction survey for the fourth quarter of 2024 totaled 598 people consisting of patients and patient waiters at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital. Based on the results of data processing, it can be seen that:
- Service Time received the lowest score, namely: a. Turnaround time: 3.33 b. Requirements: 3.39 c. System, Mechanism and Procedure: 3.39

2. While the three service elements with the highest scores are: a. Handling of Complaints, Suggestions and Feedback: 3.59 b. Cost/Tariff: 3.54 c. Executor Behavior: 3,54

Based on the table above, it can be concluded that there was an increase in the performance of public service delivery from 2022 to 2024 at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.
