Respondents in the first quarter of the 2025 community satisfaction survey totaled 439 people consisting of patients and patient waiters at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital. Based on the results of data processing, it can be seen that:
- Service Time received the lowest score, namely: a. Completion time: 3.32 b. Handling Complaints, Suggestions and Feedback: 3.33 c. Facilities and Infrastructure: 3.35

2. While the three elements of service with the highest scores are: a. Cost/Tariff: 3.98 b. Executor Behavior: 3.48 c. Executor Competence: 3,48

Based on the table above, it can be concluded that there was an increase in the performance of public service delivery from 2023 to 2025 at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.
