Respondents in the fourth quarter of 2023 community satisfaction survey totaled 501 people consisting of patients and patient waiters at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.

Based on the results of data processing, it can be seen that:
- Service Time gets the lowest score:
a. Turnaround time: 3.13
b. Executor behavior: 3.14
c. Facilities and infrastructure: 3,17 - While the three service elements with the highest scores are:
a. Cost / tariff: 3.94
b. Requirements: 3.54
c. System, mechanism and procedure: 3,32

Based on the table above, it can be concluded that there was a decrease in the performance of public service delivery from 2022 to 2023 at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.
