  • Service Time gets the lowest score, namely:

a. Completion Time (U3): 3,11

b. Product Specification Type of Service (U5): 3,30

c. Systems, Mechanisms and Procedures (U2) :3.33

 

  • While the three service elements with the highest scores are:

a. Handling of complaints, suggestions and feedback (U8) : 3,79

b. Cost/Tariff (U4): 3,63

c. Requirements (U1): 3,39
