In order to carry out the mandate of Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure, Information Commission Regulation Number 1 of 2021 concerning Public Information Service Standards (Perki SLIP) and Information Commission Regulation Number 1 of 2022 concerning Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Information Disclosure, the Information Commission held a Technical Guidance on How to Fill in SAQ Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Information Disclosure in 2024 offline at the Sandat Meeting Room of the Bali Province Kominfos Office. The Technical Guidance participants who attended were PPID Admins of all regional apparatus within the Bali Provincial Government, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

The first resource person from the Bali Provincial Information Commission Ni Luh Candrawatisari as the Commissioner in charge of Information Dispute Resolution explained about the model and Evaluation of Monev KIP Year 2024 in general and the second resource person from the Bali Provincial Information Commission Agus Suryawan as the Commissioner in charge of Institutional and Cooperation taught and explained directly the technical mechanisms and procedures for filling out Monev KIP Year 2024 starting from the explanation of the evaluation assessment parameters and the weighting of the evaluation of Monev KIP Year 2024.

The technical guidance guided directly by the moderator Anak Agung Ngurah Bagus Aryana as the Head of Public Information and Communication ran smoothly with many discussions from the participants with the speakers. The hope of holding this Bimtek is that all PPID Implementers will participate in this Monitoring and Evaluation activity in order to achieve maximum results so that they can maintain achievements in the Informative category and Public Information Disclosure within the Bali Provincial Government can run well and the public can access the information needed accurately, quickly, and simply.
