MEDICAL TOURISM FLOW OF BALI MANDARA EYE HOSPITAL

A. PRA HOSPITAL

  1. Patients seeking information via the website/email will be connected to the Executive Poly whatsapp number.
  2. Providing information related to the actions required by the patient
  3. The patient makes a booking for the examination.
  4. Officer directs patient to register online through Hidok
  5. The officer will confirm the patient's arrival via the Executive Poly whatsapp number.
  6. Patients who fall under the medical tourism patient criteria will be asked if they require a pick-up and hotel.
  7. If the patient requires it, the officer will connect with BPW. And then the officer coordinates with the BPW regarding the patient's plan to visit Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.
  8. Patients who require pick-up from BPW will be escorted by BPW to Bali Mandara Eye Hospital.
  9. After the patient arrives at the hospital, the patient then goes to the registration counter.

B. INTRA HOSPITAL

  1. Patients register at the executive clinic registration counter
  2. Patients wait in the waiting room for medical tourism
  3. Patients get the necessary health services according to SPOs
  4. Patients who require lab work or x-rays will be fast tracked.
  5. Patient makes payment at the cashier

C. POST HOSPITAL

  1. Patients who have finished getting health services that do not require pick-up can go straight home and for patients who require pick-up, they will be picked up by the Travel Bureau.
